1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lovejl ("lovejl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lovejl online gaming platform available at lovejl.app, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the lovejl platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that lovejl may publish from time to time.

lovejl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with lovejl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). lovejl strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by lovejl or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one (1) lovejl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. lovejl uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be immediately suspended, and all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with those accounts may be permanently forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. lovejl is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lovejl login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lovejl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify lovejl immediately via our customer support channels.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

lovejl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by lovejl may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lovejl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). lovejl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the lovejl cashier page and may be updated from time to time. lovejl reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be subject to review for compliance with these Terms and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. lovejl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval, subject to payment provider availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. lovejl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. lovejl reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used on the platform. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned to the same method where technically possible.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. lovejl reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon request and successful identity verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

lovejl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions that will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. lovejl reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the wagering requirements have been circumvented or abused.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

lovejl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

lovejl offers a wide range of games including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games. Game availability may vary and lovejl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. Certain games may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance periods.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of any game or transaction, lovejl reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. lovejl is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the lovejl platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by lovejl at any time. lovejl reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its sole discretion.

6.4 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in lovejl's server logs shall be considered final and definitive. Players who wish to dispute a game result must contact lovejl customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lovejl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the lovejl platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lovejl staff or other players
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions

8. Responsible Gaming

lovejl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We recognize that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

8.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all lovejl account holders directly from the account settings panel:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the lovejl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of lovejl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the lovejl platform without the prior written consent of lovejl. Any unauthorized use of lovejl's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lovejl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions or system errors
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers

lovejl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lovejl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

lovejl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with lovejl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. lovejl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

lovejl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Upon termination for cause, lovejl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the player following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your lovejl account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the lovejl platform, you should first contact lovejl customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Our support team is available 24/7 on Philippine Standard Time and will endeavor to resolve your complaint within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the lovejl platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.

14. Amendments to These Terms

lovejl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lovejl will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the lovejl platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
